Who Do These Terms Apply To?
These Terms apply to all users of Zoha Khalid.in – that includes if you’re reading this, leaving comments, or if you’re simply browsing. If you disagree with any portion of this document that is considered material to you, the most appropriate course of action is simply to not use the site.
The Content Available on This Site
All of the material available on this site-whether it’s articles, opinions, explanations or something else entirely-is written in good faith and with the intention to be useful; as such it should be read as informational rather than as expert opinion ( see the Disclaimer page for a further statement of the kind of content here). I make every effort to ensure the content on this site remains accurate; however, that doesn’t mean every fact recorded here will always remain precise, especially with time-sensitive topics.
You are more than welcome to use and distribute what I’ve written but Full republication of any entire article elsewhere as your own work does not constitute fair use. A brief excerpt with proper credit and a back-link back here, however, does.
Ebooks and digital products
It is possible that I will eventually offer ebooks, or some other kind of digital products, for sale on this site. Once (and IF) I do, special terms and conditions related to those purchases (which should cover details of pricing, return policy. Licensing and the like) shall supplement the above and below. I’m not offering such products for sale right now; the following only represents a likely trend with this website; there is currently no formal offer for sale of any kind associated with them.
Affiliate Marketing
This site may use affiliate links. Clicking a link and then making a purchase may mean I’ll receive a commission at no extra charge to you. I would never recommend anything if I didn’t genuinely believe in the product in question. As I already have mentioned earlier I still advice that everyone should conduct his/her own research prior to purchasing any product; it should be done in the same way everyone carries out his/her own research in any given circumstances before buying something following a suggestion.
Disclosures relating to Affiliate Marketing shall be made either on an individual post basis or on a relevant page as it deemed necessary. I would greatly appreciate it if you inform me through the Contact page if you spot an Affiliate Link that has not been marked or properly disclosed.

Please make sure that everything you contribute whether it’s in the form of a Comment or otherwise submitted through the Contact Page and so on should meet an ethical and a legal standard. Please do not attempt to submit or post anything on this site that is illegal, abusive, or spammy in nature, I have reserved the right to deny and delete such requests or submissions at my own discretion and without notice to the user responsible and block their access.

Unless it explicitly states otherwise, the wording phrasing and writing style on the Website is my property; I welcome short quotes (with appropriate credit and reference to my source) by individual users of my published material, but this does not translate to allowing full republication.
